Secure your straight run (non-sexed) quail and/or chicken chicks with a pre-order, available exclusively for pick-up at Weeks Outfitters in Kettle Falls on the specified event date. Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:
 
🔹 Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at pick-up.

🔹 Pick-Up Policy: If you fail to pick up your chicks on the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued. Your chicks may be sold to the next customer in line.

🔹 Order Limits & Waitlist: We have a set capacity for each hatch. If orders exceed our hatching capability for the event, we will notify you that your order will be moved to the next available hatching batch. You will be next in line, and we will keep you updated.

🔹 Commitment to Purchase: We will contact you prior to the event as a reminder and confirmation of your order. No refunds will be given for cancellations, changes of mind, or financial hardship.

🔹 Why This Policy? Each batch is incubated specifically for pre-orders, ensuring you receive healthy, high-quality chicks at the best possible price. Your deposit reflects the time, resources, and effort put into raising these birds.
