As we are a small farm and not a manufacturing company, all systems are made to order to keep costs low. Since they are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds.
However, if you receive your system and there is an issue (e.g., missing bolt or faulty pump), please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your system, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.
