Shipping Policy

We offer shipping on eligible products to a wide range of locations. Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of products. We use trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and on time.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery address. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Please note that this time frame may vary due to seasonal demand or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Packaging: We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our goal is to reduce waste, so we may use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

Local Pickup Option

For customers within our local area, we offer the option of pickup at a designated location. Simply select the "Pickup" option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time for collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (such as fresh produce and farm-raised proteins), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. However, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell and want you to be completely satisfied.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at fabledfarms509@gmail.com. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer you a replacement or refund for damaged or spoiled items.

  • Non-Food Items: If you are dissatisfied with non-food items you may return them within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs, if applicable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For orders that have not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
